What separates a $14K average ticket from a $28K.

Two contractors sell the same work in the same market. One averages $14K a ticket, the other $28K. The difference isn't the product. It's what happens at the kitchen table.

The $14K rep measures, says he'll work something up, and emails a PDF three days later. The homeowner opens a number with no story behind it. A number with no story only gets compared to other numbers. That's how jobs get lost on price.

The $28K rep sells in the home, at the table, with both decision makers sitting down. He walks the project on an iPad, shows the design on their actual house, and presents three options: good, better, best. Almost nobody picks the bottom when the value is on the screen in front of them.

Good, better, best isn't a trick. It changes the question from should I buy to which one. It gives the premium buyer somewhere to go. Email one number and you've capped your own ticket.

Financing has to be one tap away, not a brochure in the truck. A $28K project at a monthly payment is an easier yes than a $14K project as a lump sum. The rep who can show the payment at the table closes the bigger job the same night.

None of this is talent. It's a presentation, a quoting process, and reps drilled on both. We build the iPad presentations, run the quoting through RevCore Pro, and train the reps who deliver it.

The appointment cost you the same money either way. The kitchen table decides whether it comes back as $14K or $28K. Sell value in the home. Stop emailing PDFs.
